(Hopefully) last message before the concert

Hi Choir Families,

OK the big day is almost here! I’m so excited to see the kids participate in what is sure to be an amazing experience for everyone.

Here’s a quick rundown of how the day is going to look:

Before 12:45: Kids and families arrive at the Assembly Hall and proceed to the north room, which will be our home base

12:45: Warm-up

1:00 – 1:30: Sound check with the orchestra

1:30 – 2:00: Some down time. Please make sure your chorister has something quiet to do to fill this time (best bet is to have a book to read or quiet game to play, as we can’t guarantee the safety of things like electronics while we’re on stage.)

2:00: Concert begins! The kids do an amazing job. We all clap and wipe away tears of pride because they sound so great.

3:00: Concert ends

I think everyone has their shirts, but if you don’t, please let me know before Sunday and you can come by and grab one.
