First off, thanks so much to everyone who offered to volunteer for the concert – it’s great to have such a supportive family network! We’re now set for the performance to go off without a hitch.
Thanks too to everyone who has bought their tickets so far. Apparently there was such a rush on tickets after my last message that it prompted the EPO manager to call me again to report that they’re now 95% sold out (as of 2 pm yesterday). If you haven’t gotten your tickets yet, please do so ASAP to make sure you have a spot! Please note that tickets won’t be mailed to you. To get your tickets, you need to bring your confirmation form (emailed to you upon ticket purchase) to show to the folks at the box office.
So, I’ve been telling you for a while to stay tuned for concert details, and the day has finally come! Call time for the concert will be 12:45 pm on Sunday, Feb 7th at the Assembly Hall.
Please make sure that your chorister is dressed in their red top and black bottoms, and, as we are doing this concert in conjunction with the EPO and the kids are going to be on stage the whole time, please remind them that it is particularly important for them to follow the chorister guidelines, which you can find here: https://mimicochildrenschoir.com/guidelines-for-being-a-great-chorister/
Also, here’s one final reminder that our dress rehearsal will be tomorrow, Wednesday, Feb 3rd at 7:15 pm at Martingrove Collegiate Institute.
